We want you to be happy with our products, our delivery and your entire experience with us here at Katseye Blends.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure the accuracy of information relating to products and goods offered for sale, on the Katseye Blends website, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
We aim to reply to enquiries within 48 hours.
Delivery Information
UK and Northern Ireland
All products are made as they are ordered to ensure freshness and utmost therapeutic value. Our aim is to make within 1-2 days of receiving your order and ship as soon as possible.
We use Royal Mail standard delivery for all products delivery to the UK and Northern Ireland and offer FREE UK delivery.
If a parcel gets returned to us, we will resend the parcel free of charge if it is returned as a result of an error on our part. However, if it is the customer’s error (e.g. incorrect address given), we will require the customer to purchase postage through our website (a link will be given upon communication) before it is sent out again.
Our Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item received, defective or damaged), we will pay the return shipping costs up to the value of £5. However, due to a change of mind or not needed, the customer will be liable to pay for the return shipping fee.
We are afraid we cannot accept returns for custom produced products or products that are opened.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Cancelling an Order
